Shore Educational Collaborative (Shore) invites proposals for 10,000 to 25,000 square feet building

The Shore Educational Collaborative is seeking proposals for a lease of approximately 10,000 to 25,000 square feet of office, classroom, and training space. The space should be suitable for providing educational and training services, including classroom space for high school and post-secondary students, program space for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a commercial kitchen and retail space. The lease term will be 7 to 10 years, with two 5-year renewal options. The proposal should include a non-price proposal and a price proposal, and should address the conditions for submittal listed in the RFP. • The proposal should include a floor plan, description of available parking, statement regarding the building's handicap accessibility, and other materials and information required in the RFP. • The lease shall commence on or before July 1, 2026, and the proposer must be willing to enter into the Shore's standard form of commercial lease. • The building should be located within the communities of Saugus, Revere, Chelsea, Medford, Somerville, Cambridge, Malden, or Everett, and should have adequate parking, life safety equipment, and HVAC systems. • The proposal will be evaluated based on the quality requirements, minimum requirements, and comparative criteria listed in the RFP.
