Intallation of VFD's at 46 District Court

The City of Southfield is seeking vendors to install Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on air handlers 9 and 10 at the 46 District Court Building. The goal is to improve energy efficiency. The vendor will be responsible for isolating the unit, removing and disposing of the existing starter, installing new motors and VFDs, and programming the VFDs. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on October 28, 2025.
