Nellis Industrial Park Interceptor Sewer

The Nellis Industrial Park Interceptor Sewer Project involves the excavation and installation of approximately 5074 lineal feet of sewer, along with associated work and appurtenances. The project will be located in Craig Road from Puebla Street to Nellis Boulevard and will run south in Nellis Boulevard to Las Vegas Boulevard to connect to the City’s Northeast Interceptor Sewer. The project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. • The project includes the installation of sewer and associated work and appurtenances. • The project location is in Craig Road from Puebla Street to Nellis Boulevard and will run south in Nellis Boulevard to Las Vegas Boulevard. • The estimated monetary range of the project is $7,000,000 to $8,000,000.
