NW SEWER INTERCEPTOR (A) & STILL CREEK SEWER PLANT BANK STABILIZATION (B) & STILL CREEK WWTP PUMP REPLACEMENT (C)

The City of Bryan is seeking a qualified construction firm to execute three related sewer‑related projects: (A) construction of a new north‑west sewer interceptor, (B) bank stabilization at the Still Creek Sewer Plant, and (C) replacement of pumps, motors, valves and slide gates at the Still Creek WWTP. The contractor must provide full design‑build construction services, obtain all permits, supply performance and payment bonds, and deliver warranties and O&M manuals. Work includes excavation, pipe installation (PVC and ductile‑iron), sheet‑pile and rip‑rap protection, pump and motor removal/installation, and temporary bypass pumping. The anticipated construction start is early March 2027, with completion windows of 75 working days for packages A and C and 120 working days for package B.
