Description
The Mason Public Schools are seeking a contractor to provide asphalt paving services for the reconstruction of the East Car Parking Lots at North Aurelius Elementary School and Alaiedon Elementary School. The project involves cold milling the existing asphalt pavement, proof rolling the aggregate base, and placing new asphalt pavement. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary machinery, tools, and materials, except as otherwise specified. The project includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and underdrains. The contractor must also provide a 5-year warranty against defects caused by deficiencies in materials and workmanship.
