Prop 411- Military Plaza Mill & Fill

The City of Tucson is seeking bids for a mill and fill project to resurface streets and construct curb access ramps in the Military Plaza neighborhood. The project includes approximately 183,650 square yards of mill and fill, 200 curb access ramps, and 12 speed humps. The contractor must be familiar with the scope of work, plans, and specifications, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project is funded by Prop 411. • The contractor must have the appropriate license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and worker's compensation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety standards and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a bid bond and a performance bond. • The contractor must complete the work within the specified time or any approved extensions thereof.
