UMC MLK Warehouse Remodel

The University Medical Center (UMC) is soliciting bids for a comprehensive remodel of its MLK Warehouse located at 300 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The 35,309‑sq‑ft building will be transformed from a warehouse to mixed office and warehouse use. Work includes demolition of existing flooring, refurbishment of lighting and mechanical units, installation of new electrical and data points, addition of insulation, application of a thermal envelope, interior wall texturing, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and exterior paint on selected walls.
