Municipal Engineering Services

The City of Lake Forest is seeking proposals for Municipal Engineering and Professional Support Services to supplement Public Works operations. Services may include program management support, development plan check review, encroachment, grading, and landscape inspection services, and supplemental professional engineering services for capital improvement projects and development-related activities. The contract is expected to be awarded for a term of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including program management, plan check review, inspection services, and supplemental professional services. • The scope of work includes program management support, development plan check review, encroachment, grading, and landscape inspection services, and supplemental professional engineering services for capital improvement projects and development-related activities. • The contract is expected to be awarded for a term of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. • The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including program management, plan check review, inspection services, and supplemental professional services. • The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. • The City will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one year terms.
