SBC ASSY. W/GR & NI

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to refurbish and repair a specific component, SBC ASSY. W/GR & NI, which is a critical part of a submarine's fly-by-wire ship control system. The contractor will be required to inspect, repair, and test the component to ensure it meets the Navy's specifications and requirements. The contract will be awarded to a sole source contractor, and the work is expected to be completed within 180 days. The contractor must have a valid US security clearance of CONFIDENTIAL or higher and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the repair effort. • The contractor must maintain traceability of all parts and materials used in the repair. • The contractor must comply with all applicable quality assurance requirements. • The contractor must provide a certification package, including a test report and other documentation, to verify that the repaired component meets the Navy's requirements. • The contractor must have a quality system in place that meets the requirements of MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, or ISO9001:2008. • The contractor must maintain adequate records of all inspections and tests. • The contractor must comply with all applicable security requirements, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
