Description
The County of Paulding is soliciting a qualified contractor to demolish existing structures at Union Park, prepare the site, and construct a new 20 × 50 ft covered pavilion, a 12 × 12 ft storage/electrical building, an ADA‑compliant ramp, a retaining wall with rail, and concrete stairs with handrails. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and coordination with county inspections, and complete the work within 120 calendar days while maintaining public access to the ballfield.
• Demolition of existing pavilion, concession stand, septic tank, and associated utilities.
• Site grading, backfill, and preparation for new construction.
• Construction of a covered pavilion, storage building, ADA ramp, retaining wall, and stairs.
• Installation of underground electrical conduit and a 400 A service panel (county will provide final electrical fixtures).
• All work must follow county‑approved drawings; any design deviations require prior approval.
• Optional pre‑bid conference on Aug 17, 2026 at Union Park, Temple, GA.
• Bid submission deadline Sep 4, 2026; contract time 120 days from notice to proceed.
