Budget estimate

$100,000 – $150,000

The solicitation is labeled “Discretionary procurements less than $150,000” and involves a full roof replacement with optional ancillary items. Similar municipal roof‑replacement projects of this size typically range from $100K to $150K depending on material choices, building size, and labor rates. Because the bid must include a detailed cost breakdown and a 1‑year warranty, the higher end of the range is realistic for higher‑grade materials, while a minimal scope could be near the lower bound.
