Intent to Sole Source: Monaco Windows 11 Upgrade

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for a proprietary technology upgrade to the existing Monaco D-21 Emergency Mass Notification and Fire Alarm Reporting System.
