Description
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is seeking contractors for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity ordering agreement for construction services in Ohio. The contract will involve performing a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities. The solicitation includes a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) produced and maintained by Gordian, which sets forth the quality of workmanship and materials required for the service tasks.
• The contractor will participate in a Joint Scope Meeting to discuss the scope of work for each project.
• The contractor will prepare a Price Proposal Package for each project, including a Price Proposal and a schedule.
• The USPS will review the Price Proposal Package and may request changes.
• A separate work order will be issued for each project, containing a Detailed Scope of Work, project completion time, and price.
• The work order price will be a lump sum, firm fixed price based on the sum total of the unit prices for the completion of the Detailed Scope of Work.
