PIRATES COVE WATER PARK RENOVATIONS

The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified and competent contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary for enhancements to Pirates Cove Water Park. The project includes various renovations, such as unit masonry, asphalt shingles, painting, and coating. The contractor is expected to understand the scope of the project and attend a pre-proposal meeting. The proposal document should include a schedule of values, package items, and supplier information. • The project involves multiple divisions, including contracting requirements, general requirements, existing conditions, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, special construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, and permit fees. • The contractor should provide a detailed proposal, including a schedule of alternates and package items. • The city requires the contractor to certify that they are authorized to represent and bind their company.
