INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE OEM BIRD-JOHNSON PROPELLER COMPANY, INC HOSES

The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for OEM Bird-Johnson Propeller Company, Inc hoses for the USNS Earl Warren (T-AO 207) in support of ROH, and other maintenance, repair, and alteration material associated with emergent repairs for work item 0542. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the hoses to the specified location. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. • The contractor must provide OEM Bird-Johnson Propeller Company, Inc hoses. • The contractor must deliver the hoses to the specified location. • The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance. • The contract is a firm-fixed-price supply-type purchase order. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
