40 West Landfill Cell 5 Construction

The Washington County Administration is seeking bids for the construction of Cell 5 at the 40 West Landfill. The project includes site preparation, excavation, subgrade stabilization, and the installation of a geosynthetic liner and leachate collection system. Bidders are required to provide bid, performance, and labor and material bonds. A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled, but attendance is not mandatory.
