Description
This RPQ seeks a qualified contractor to improve storm‑water drainage on the side slopes of Cell 5 at the South Dade Landfill. The work includes installing an 18‑inch intermediate soil cover, spreading and compacting soil, supplying and installing six 24‑inch HDPE downcomer assemblies, constructing approximately 3,650 ft of storm‑water control berms, hydroseeding roughly 10 acres, installing biodegradable erosion‑control blankets, and providing full site‑mobilization, permitting, and environmental‑control measures. The contractor must coordinate daily with landfill operations, adhere to strict 7 AM‑5 PM work windows, and provide photographic documentation of all phases.
