Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on the scope—design, supply, installation, and six‑month operation of two industrial‑scale evaporation units, performance monitoring, bonding, and insurance—the total project cost is likely in the mid‑hundred‑thousand to low‑million‑dollar range. A comparable leachate evaporation demonstration typically runs between $500,000 and $1,500,000, depending on equipment size, lease versus purchase options, and site‑specific civil work.
