Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Subcontractors for DDC - Bronx Housing Court: Elevator and Escalator Modernization and Platform Lift Replacement, located at 118 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10456. All work to be performed per the PLA using union wages. The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE Subcontractors include:
