FY21 Julia Taft Fund (Refugee) Small Grants in Thailand

The Julia Taft Fund awards grants to local nonprofit organizations for quick-impact projects that address gaps in refugee assistance. The goal of the fund is to provide support for projects that benefit refugees, internally displaced persons, vulnerable migrants, and stateless persons. The proposed project should not be directed towards sustained, long-term programs. The U.S. Embassy in Thailand is seeking proposals from community-based organizations and NGOs that focus on advocacy, refugee education and work readiness, and other areas that benefit the targeted community. • The proposed project should have a clear objective and activities that benefit the targeted community. • The project should have a detailed budget and a project timeline. • The proposed program should be scheduled to start in either August or September 2021. • The U.S. Embassy will regularly monitor the progress of any approved and funded projects. • The final proposals will require measurable results and indicators.
