Civil and Structural Engineering Services Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)

The University of Maryland, College Park is seeking proposals from engineering firms to provide civil and structural engineering services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will be required to provide services including assessments, studies, design, construction administration, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The University is looking for firms with experience in civil and structural engineering, and the ability to provide a range of services including principal, project management, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, transportation/traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, and land surveying. • The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • The selected firm(s) will be required to provide services including assessments, studies, design, construction administration, and other related tasks. • The University is looking for firms with experience in civil and structural engineering, and the ability to provide a range of services. • The contract will allow orders to be placed by all institutions of the University System of Maryland. • The typical fee range for projects is expected to be between $10,000 and $250,000.
