J--Sources Sought - MiSeq i100 Plus Maintenance and Service Agreement

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is conducting market research to determine whether there are qualified sources capable of providing comprehensive maintenance and service support for an Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement that includes replacement parts, labor, travel costs, reagent replacement, preventative maintenance services, remote technical support, and control software updates. The agreement will be for a base period of one year with up to four one-year option periods. • The contractor must demonstrate experience maintaining and servicing Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus Systems. • The contractor must provide OEM-trained and authorized service personnel. • The contractor must provide OEM software updates, firmware updates, hardware updates, and technical support. • The contractor must provide replacement parts and reagents necessary to restore the instrument to full operating condition. • The contractor must meet the required preventative maintenance and response time requirements.
