The Department of Energy is soliciting a vendor to produce and deliver fifty (50) “No‑Trespassing” safety signs for the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant. The signs are 14 × 14 in., printed on 63 mil outdoor‑grade aluminum with a safety‑yellow background, black text, and must be waterproof, have rounded corners, and four drilled holes per sign. The contractor must handle pre‑press, printing, finishing, packaging in groups of ten, and ship the completed signs to Carlsbad, NM by the required delivery date.

• Material & finish: 63 mil outdoor‑grade aluminum, flood‑coated or UV‑laminated, waterproof, ½ in. radius corners, ¼ in. drilled holes
• Delivery: Pack in units of ten using GPO Form 905, “inside delivery” to WIPP, Carlsbad, NM by 03 June 2026
• Process requirements: pre‑flight check, press‑quality PDF proof submission, one‑day proof review, shipping notification, invoice with POD within 10 workdays
• Contract terms: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder, payment after invoice and POD, no disclosed ceiling price
