Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for annual preventive maintenance services for Alaris infusion pumps. The selected vendor will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for the pumps, as specified in the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The County is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality services, meet the required specifications, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor must have experience in providing maintenance and repair services for medical equipment, particularly infusion pumps.
• The vendor must be able to provide a detailed plan for performing the required maintenance and repair services.
• The vendor must be able to meet the required specifications and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance, naming the County of Los Angeles as an additional insured.
• The vendor must be able to provide a copy of their California Seller's Permit or their Seller's Certificate of Registration-Use Tax Number.
