Sewer Utility Services for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy is seeking a company to provide sewer utility services for a period of up to 5 years. The services include, but are not limited to, providing sewer services to all applicable buildings connected to the existing sanitary system, fielding existing conditions, and conforming to applicable codes and standards. The contractor will be required to provide a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) unit prices for future contract periods and may need to have a GSA contract for Water Pollution/Sewer Utility services. • The contractor shall provide all required sanitary services for the length of the contract. • The contractor shall field existing conditions prior to any service activities and provide a complete approval of the existing sanitary equipment systems. • The contractor shall coordinate any disruptions in sanitary services for the Academy's sanitary operation or testing of any sanitary systems with the COR at least three (3) days in advance. • The contractor shall provide a copy of the Environmental Protection Agency's 503 slug report from the district.
