Description
The Louisiana Air National Guard is seeking to procure a Miller Dynasty 800 TIG welding machine, compatible with existing Miller equipment, for precision welding of aerospace ground equipment, support equipment, and off-equipment aircraft components. The machine should have advanced digital controls, be capable of welding up to 1 in aluminum, and have features such as AC frequency control, quiet pulse or pulse welding capability, and a cooler power supply. The vendor is required to provide a complete, functional welding system with two hand remotes and required accessories.
• The welding machine should be made by Miller to ensure compatibility with existing equipment.
• The machine should have a tungsten electrode to weld Group I, II, IV metals.
• The system should be delivered to 400 Russell Ave, New Orleans, LA 70143, Bldg 31, ATTN: MSgt Marvin Vides.
• The vendor should provide a program memory for switches between different base metals.
• The machine should have wireless hand control and RCC-14 current control for welding large pieces.
