M88 STS & SSTS Sources Sought

The US Army is seeking information from industry to assess capability and readiness to provide System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment Systems Technical Support (SSTS) services for the M88 Family of Vehicles. The services will include program management, engineering, logistics, and fielding support. The goal is to extend the originally awarded Period of Performance by 12 months, from September 2027 to September 2028. • The M88 Family of Vehicles requires technical support for its systems and subsystems. • The US Army is looking for a contractor who can provide STS and SSTS services, including program management, engineering, and logistics support. • The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support for the M88 FOV, including component obsolescence monitoring, configuration management, and engineering technical support. • The contractor will also be responsible for providing logistics support, including depot maintenance, logistics support analysis, and fielding and de-processing. • The US Army is seeking a contractor who can provide on-site preventative maintenance, instructor and key personnel training, and packaging, handling, storage, and transportation support.
