Description
The Department of Defense, via the Defense Logistics Agency, is issuing a sole‑source solicitation to Raytheon (CAGE 05716) for hardware, software, spares, and related services needed to upgrade the Qatar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) PATRIOT Phased‑Array Tracking Radar (PATRIOT) system. The effort will be placed on an existing long‑term RTX contract (SPRBL1‑25‑D‑0006) supporting the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) FIRES Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. Required deliverables include a detailed list of upgrade kits, firmware updates, and spare parts for radar, trainer, and communications subsystems (e.g., WMI keyboards, MAP GBX‑24 firmware, RLRIU upgrades, trainer kits, etc.).
