Demolition Services At JBSA LAK/ LAK Chapman Annex

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide demolition services at JBSA LAK/ LAK Chapman Annex. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing multiple buildings, including B2988, B2989, B4395, B5584, B7362, B140, and B7561. The contractor will also be responsible for removing hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead, and for backfilling and seeding or sodding the demolition areas. The contractor will need to provide a post-land survey for each structure and will be required to erect a suitable perimeter fence around the work site. • The contractor will need to coordinate with utility service providers to disconnect utilities from the buildings prior to demolition. • The contractor will need to provide a SWPPP plan and will be required to implement erosion and sediment control measures. • The contractor will need to remove all debris and materials from the site and will be responsible for restoring the site to its original condition. • The contractor will need to provide a construction entry with bull rock and will be required to demo piers to a depth of 3ft below grade. • The contractor will need to provide a utility cut of location plan and will be required to relocate or remove dirt/fill that currently covers the RCP.
