Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a warehouse and related space in Bremerton, WA. The space must meet specific requirements, including a minimum of 10,000 square feet, ground floor contiguous space, gate access, and fenced perimeter. The lease will be for a term of 10 years, with a 5-year option. The space must also meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Interested parties must submit a full-service rental rate per RSF/ABOA SF, including a Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) of $10.81 per ABOA SF, and costs associated with security upgrades to meet FSL Security Level I requirements.

• Compliance with requirements for on-site storage of lead-acid and gel batteries
• Accessible Water Closet (WC)
• Proximity to Naval Base Kitsap within 40 miles
• Shipping/receiving, testing, and monitoring of batteries
• Access to 120/208V electrical power
• Emergency Automatic backup generator
• Multiple egress routes in case of emergencies
• Epoxy over concrete flooring for acid battery spillage
• Concrete and metal ramps for barrier-free access
• Raised concrete curbs with metal ramps for forklift/pallet jack equipment
