Palos Hills 2026 Street Program

The City of Palos Hills is seeking contractors to perform comprehensive street improvements across various city‑owned streets. The work includes removal of existing surface layers, installation of new hot‑mix asphalt courses, curb and gutter replacement, and associated site restoration. This project is valued at $650,000 and must be completed by early October 2026. • Remove 2″ of existing pavement and replace with HMA binder and surface courses. • Perform Class D patching, curb and gutter demolition and installation, and aggregate shoulder work. • Provide pavement striping, landscape restoration, and final site cleanup. • All contractors must purchase bid documents ($30 fee) and be listed on the Planholder roster to submit a bid. • Project completion is targeted for October 2, 2026.
