Utility Upgrades Altamaha RV Park 24-012 INVITATION FOR BIDThis is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for: The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the Utility upgrades to Altamaha RV Park to include demolition of existing plumbing and electrical hook ups at designated sites. Once demolition is complete install new electrical, CATV, water and sewer upgrades per attached plans to include construction of concrete patio slabs at specified sites. Location of underground services/utilities shall be identified prior to any digging/trenching. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical SpecificationsSealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until Wednesday, September 13, 2023 on 1:30 pm. At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the 2nd floor of the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project . Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Monday, August 28, 2023. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Thursday, August 31, 2023. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer.
