Description
This public‑works solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to design‑build and construct utility upgrades for Aurora Park, including extending underground sanitary sewer, water main, and natural‑gas lines, installing a new 1.6‑million‑gallon sanitary pump station, and rehabilitating the existing Marketplace‑at‑Four‑Corners pump station. The scope covers extensive civil earthwork, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, mechanical, electrical, control‑system, and structural work, as well as associated permitting, testing, and environmental compliance.
• Extend and install new sanitary sewer, water, and gas utilities in the Aurora Park redevelopment area.
