The Town of Pulaski seeks proposals from qualified chemical providers to supply and/or implement chemical or combined chemical/mechanical solutions that reduce hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), odors, and other harmful compounds in its sewer collection system. The contract will cover procurement of appropriate chemicals, dosing equipment (if required), installation guidance, and ongoing support to ensure effective mitigation across the municipal sewer network. • Provide chemicals (e.g., oxidizers, bio‑additives) tailored to the town’s sewer conditions. • May include dosing system design, installation, and training for municipal staff. • Requires compliance with local environmental regulations and safety standards. • Project is limited to the Town of Pulaski’s sewer collection infrastructure in Pulaski, VA. • Contractor must demonstrate prior experience with H₂S mitigation in municipal wastewater systems.
