Sludge Building - Gas Fired Furnace

The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking a contractor to remove an existing roof‑mounted furnace and install a new outdoor, natural‑gas‑fired heating and makeup air unit at the Sludge Building. The replacement unit must be a Reznor Model RPBL 500 or an approved equivalent that meets or exceeds all performance and installation criteria.
