Description
The County of Moore is seeking bids for the purchase of chemicals for the Public Works Department. The chemicals needed include Caustic Soda 50%, Sodium Hypochlorite 15%, and OP 50 Phosphate Solution. The estimated quantities for these chemicals are 17,000 gallons, 8,000 gallons, and 600 gallons, respectively. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the chemicals in smaller quantities, approximately every 23 months, and must supply pumping equipment to transfer the chemicals from vendor totes to purchaser tanks. The vendor will also be responsible for all safety compliance during off-loading.
• The bid must include the cost per gallon for each chemical, as well as any additional charges, such as fuel surcharges.
• The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must include a signed bid form, MSDS sheets, a notarized non-collusion affidavit, a notarized E-verify affidavit, and a W-9 form.
• The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids.
• The bid must be received by the County of Moore by June 22, 2026, at 4:30 pm.
