GIT, BR-30-2602-DB GTRI 1906 - 430 South Hawks Project

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing design-build services for the construction of the GTRI 1906 - 430 South Hawks Project at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. The project involves a comprehensive renovation of approximately 27,000 SF, including new secure spaces constructed in accordance with ICD-705 construction standards for secure facilities. The scope of work includes construction on all three levels of the building, in-fill of existing high bay space to create additional square footage, replacement/modernization of existing elevator and restrooms, installation of a new fire alarm system, and design and installation of security cabling and equipment.
