Restoration of a 19th century mirror for a residence in Paris, France

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to restore a 19th century mirror for a residence in Paris, France. The contractor will be responsible for restoring the mirror to its original condition. The contract will be a fixed-price contract, and the Government intends to award the contract to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3. • The contractor must provide past performance information, when included as an evaluation factor, to include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references.
