Description
The City of Hagan is seeking bids for the Perkins Mill Estates RWFHI Project. The project involves rough grading of 6.32 acres of property, installation of underground utilities, and construction of a paved street. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 90 days. The project includes various components such as water main pipe, hydrant assemblies, gravity sewer, manholes, and lateral connections. The bidder must examine the site and inform themselves of the conditions, conformation of the ground, and other factors that may affect the work.
• The project requires the installation of 1,100 LF of 8 IN C900 water main pipe, hydrant assemblies, and water service locations.
• The installation of 1,026 LF of SDR26 Gravity Sewer, 22 VF of 4’ diameter precast Manholes, and 30 new lateral connections including piping.
• The installation of 24 LF of 18 IN Reinforced Concrete Pipe with Flared End Sections.
• Grading and construction of a paved street, 1,100 LF and 24 feet wide, including 3,178 SY of 6” graded aggregate base, and 355 TN of 9.5 mm Superpave, including striping and final grading.
