Description
The Town of Milford, NH seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study and, if appropriate, develop a Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) District plan for the former Brox Industrial site, along with financing and redevelopment recommendations. The work must be completed in time for the 2027 Town Meeting, with optional as‑needed services for future projects.
• Conduct feasibility study to determine viability of a TIF district for the Brox Industrial area.
• Develop a comprehensive District Plan meeting New Hampshire state requirements and ready for citizen presentation.
• Provide financing strategy recommendations (grants, incentives, private‑sector tools) and support ongoing “as‑needed” tasks via work orders.
• Deliver required documentation, references, and insurance certifications, and coordinate closely with town officials throughout the project.
