FY 2026 Street Project - Cecil Drive

The City of Richland Hills is soliciting bids for the FY 2026 Street Project on Cecil Drive. The scope includes full pavement reconstruction of approximately 800 linear feet, installation of a hammerhead turn‑around, about 1,000 LF of water‑line improvements, and roughly 600 LF of sanitary‑sewer upgrades within the pavement area. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and complete the work per the detailed construction plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with a required 5 % bid bond and performance/payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price.
