Description
The St. Joseph Public Schools district is seeking qualified contractors to perform full asbestos abatement at Lincoln Elementary School. Bidders must hold a Michigan asbestos contractor license, demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, and provide substantial financial assurances. The project will require a pre‑bid site walk‑through, submission of sealed bids with a 5% bid bond, and performance, labor, and material bonds upon award.
