Pavement Milling & Reclaiming

The County of Portage, Wisconsin is seeking bids for pavement milling and reclaiming services. The contract will be for a period of approximately 9 months, from the date of award to December 31, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to perform the work in accordance with all state, federal, and local laws, codes, and ordinances. The work will include milling, crushing, and mixing of existing bituminous surfaces, as well as pulverizing and mixing of existing bituminous surfaces. The contractor will be paid based on the contract unit price per square yard or station, depending on the specific item of work. * Key services include: * Milling and crushing existing bituminous surfaces * Pulverizing and mixing existing bituminous surfaces * Profile milling of existing bituminous surfaces * Crack and seat existing concrete surfaces * The contractor will be required to provide references and certify that they have not engaged in any collusive practices. * The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
