Airplex Commerce Center Sanitary Sewer

The City of Columbus, Indiana is soliciting bids for the Airplex Commerce Center Sanitary Sewer project. The project involves the construction of a sanitary sewer system, including the installation of gravity sanitary sewers, manholes, and other related infrastructure. The project is expected to start as soon as practicable and be completed by November 13, 2026. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and certificate of insurance. • The project includes the installation of 15-inch and 12-inch gravity sanitary sewers, as well as 6-inch sanitary sewer laterals and related fittings. • The project also includes the construction of 4-foot diameter gravity sanitary sewer manholes and the removal of existing pumps and control panels. • Bidders are required to submit a Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) and a Contractor's Bid for Public Work - Form 96, including a non-collusion affidavit. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the successful bidder will be required to enter into a construction contract and begin work without delay.
