Engineering Continuing Services - Environmental Testing

The City of Bradenton is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide professional environmental testing services. The selected Proposer will be included in the Professional Services Library, which consists of multiple service categories where services are provided through the use of a continuing service contract. The scope of work includes a broad range of professional environmental testing services related to miscellaneous projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II/III Environmental Investigations, Site Characterization/Soil and Groundwater Studies and Remediation, and more. The Proposer must be a business organization registered with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) to provide engineering services in the State of Florida. Key personnel must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) licensed by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. The Proposer must demonstrate experience providing environmental testing engineering services. • The Proposer must provide professional engineering services for projects within the utility work program consisting of studies, design, permitting, and certification for all types of environmental testing. • The Proposer must perform all services expeditiously with professional skill, care, and orderly progress of work. • The Proposer must conform to and comply with applicable codes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and restrictions. • The Proposer must complete and submit all required reports and documentation as required by the City and all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies.
