Los Angeles County’s Internal Services Department is seeking competitive bids for blood transfusion equipment under solicitation RFB‑IS‑27200126. The scope includes supplying new, unused blood warmers (QINFLOW Warrior Lite) and basic life‑support bags (G2 Pro X Grab 2‑Go) for the Emergency Medical Services Branch (EMSB). Vendors must submit a complete bid package online via the County’s Vendor Self‑Service portal by 12:00 PM on 9 September 2026.
