The University seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance—including routine landscaping, fertilization, weed and insect control, turf mowing, landscape bed upkeep, and sprinkler system management—plus seasonal snow and ice removal at its NCAT and City Center campuses in Wichita, KS. The work is structured as a fixed‑price per‑job/application contract with a three‑year base term and two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must be capable of delivering both horticultural services and winter weather response (ice‑melt, salt, manual and machine snow removal) and must submit a lump‑sum proposal by the deadline. The bid package requires numerous certifications, a W‑9, and acknowledgment of Kansas sales‑tax exemption.
• Routine grounds care: mowing, trimming, edging, litter removal, fertilization, weed/insect control for both fescue and buffalo‑grass areas.
