The Berrien RESA is seeking bids for the construction of a vestibule, a bookstore renovation, and window replacements at the Bertrand Innovation Center. The project includes the renovation of an existing bookstore into a workspace, the removal and reconstruction of an entrance vestibule, replacement of existing storefront openings with new sills, and other work described in the Contract Documents.
