Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking an informal written quote for a complete LPG‑fueled live‑fire training system that includes a mobile vehicle prop. The supplier must deliver the system (including a 1000‑gallon LPG tank, burner, control console, wireless remote, and portable vehicle prop with casters) to the county fire training academy in Dacula, GA, and provide on‑site setup and initial operator training. All costs—equipment, shipping, installation, and training—must be included in a single unit price, and the system must be in hand by the end of 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote, subject to extensive insurance requirements (CGL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Workers’ Comp $500 K, etc.) and compliance with NFPA standards (1001, 1402, 1403, 54, 58, 70, 79) and UL 508A. Delivery is F.O.B. destination, prepaid, during normal business hours (8 AM‑4 PM, M‑F).
