Description
The David Douglas School District is seeking a firm to provide office paper to its schools, district office, and satellite locations. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with an option to renew for up to 6 additional 12-month periods. The successful proposer will be required to provide online ordering capabilities, deliver orders within the next business day, and comply with certain contractor qualification and performance factors. The evaluation process will review the technical document, price proposal, and may include an interview/presentation.
• The District expects to purchase approximately 16 million sheets of paper of various types, weights, and finishes in each 12-month period.
• The successful proposer will be required to provide samples of goods prior to award, if requested.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the District based on the evaluation process and criteria described in the RFP.
